Doctors specially trained in high-risk pregnancies are also available, if necessary, to help monitor your progress. Lynn McLean, MD, leads this specially trained group of perinatologists at Sacramento Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Medical Group, which also offers three-dimensional ultrasound equipment to give you an amazing snapshot of your baby while still in the womb.
You also have the comfort of knowing that if you give birth prematurely, your baby will be cared for in our level 3 NICU, which sets the community standard for care of premature infants, under the leadership of neonatologists Carolyn Gettman, MD, and Robert Kahle, MD.
