Knee & Hip Replacement - Precision that counts

At Mercy San Juan Medical Center, our doctors are committed to lasting treatment solutions that restore strength, flexibility and function to problem areas such as knees and hips. Our goal is simple: to improve your quality of life.

Now, Mercy San Juan Medical Center is the first hospital in the Sacramento area to use the Stryker Navigation Mapping System in knee and hip replacement surgeries.

The Navigation Mapping System provides our surgeons with a technological tool that guides them in precisely making incisions and placing implants. It works like a GPS system in your car, mapping out bone landmarks in the body.

If you've been thinking about a knee or hip replacement, the new system offers a number of benefits. Because knee and hip replacements are placed more precisely, they will last longer and you will have a shorter rehabilitation time. That means you can get back to some of your favorite activities sooner and with fewer complications.
