Sacramento is a great central location for sports fans of all types. For basketball fans, our city offers the excitement of the NBA’s Sacramento Kings. Baseball fans can enjoy spring and summer evenings near the river at Raley Field, home to the Sacramento River Cats, Triple A affiliate of MLB’s nearby Oakland Athletics. And the Oakland Athletics and San Francisco Giant’s home fields are just a short drive away in the Bay Area.
